Heather Crowe is a highly accomplished Sales Director with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in hotel sales and events. Her career is defined by a passion for travel, deep sector expertise, and a proven ability to drive growth while fostering strong, long-term partnerships across the industry.

Heather’s background includes senior Sales roles with IHG Head Office and Millennium Hotels & Resorts, where she collaborated with global operators, luxury travel brands, airlines, tour operators, and wholesalers. She has successfully managed full account portfolios across domestic, inbound, outbound, and emerging markets, designing and implementing strategies that deliver both immediate impact and sustained performance.

Beyond sales, Heather brings extensive experience in event management, overseeing weddings, corporate functions, and large-scale events from concept to completion with precision and creativity. She also supports hotels in branding and marketing, including rebranding initiatives and market launches that strengthen identity and enhance competitiveness in evolving hospitality landscapes.

Her commercial expertise extends to account growth, new business development, and relationship management, consistently generating sustainable revenue streams. Known for her strong networking skills, Heather connects hotels with the right partners and opportunities to accelerate success.
